Nathan Wagner es un cantante, compositor y productor estadounidense, que comenzó a compartir su música en 2010 subiendo vídeos a YouTube. Nacido en Chicago, creció recibiendo educación en casa y pronto aprendió a tocar la guitarra y el piano, lo que lo acabó motivando a escribir sus propias canciones, encontrándose principalmente en el género del rock-pop. Ha sacado la mayor parte de su música en forma de sencillos sin álbum. Nathan Wagner tiene tres hermanos, Zach, Jeremy y Sam, quienes se dedican a la producción o promoción de su música de alguna forma.
Fomentando la gran importancia de la salud mental, ha afirmado repetidamente que el objetivo de su trabajo es dar esperanza a las personas cuando atraviesan un momento más oscuro. Light es el último tema de su álbum The Darkness, que en cierto modo también se siente conceptual, como los de Clann. De todas formas, la canción tiene muchísimo poder por sí misma. Al escucharla, me imagino como un pasaje oscuro lleno de obstáculos y dificultades y, al final, como suele decirse, hay luz al final del túnel.
Dentro de ese álbum, me gustaría destacar también la canción inicial, Victoria. Fuera de él, me decantaré por Paranoia, aunque hay otras muchas muy bonitas.

Nathan Wagner is an American singer, songwriter and producer, who began to share his music in 2010 by uploading videos on YouTube. Born in Chicago, he grew up being homeschooled and learned to play the guitar and the piano early, eventually motivating him to write his own songs, being mainly situated in the genre of rock-pop. He has released most of his music in the form of solo tracks without album context. Nathan Wagner has three brothers, Zach, Jeremy, and Sam, which all engage in the production or promotion of his music of some form.
Raising the high importance of mental health, he has stated repeatedly that the aim of his work is giving people hope when they are going through a darker time. Light is the last song on their album The Darkness, which also feels conceptual somehow, like the ones by Clann. Anyway, the song is really powerful on its own. Listening to it, I can see a dark passage full of obstacles and difficulties and, in the end, as they say, there is light at the end of the tunnel.
Within that album, I would also like to highlight the opening track, Victoria. Out of it, I will opt for Paranoia, although there are many other very nice ones.
In this case I have been unable to find any good Bandcamp or SoundCloud links either, sorry.
